Freelance Project Manager – General Utilities (Flemish Belgium)

We are looking for a Freelance Project Manager – General Utilities to join a large CAPEX project for a heavy industrial client in Flemish Belgium. This assignment starts in April and offers a long-term opportunity.

Your Role:

• Overseeing utility infrastructure, including water, HVAC, electrical, and compressed air systems.
• Managing utility upgrades, expansions, and compliance with Belgian regulations.
• Coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability goals are met.
• Handling budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management for utility systems.

What You Bring:

• Experience managing industrial utility systems in large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of Belgian environmental and utility regulations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

This is a freelance assignment, and you must be registered as an independent contractor.
