Senior / Lead Full-Stack Developer

R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. It’s the development engine for our Digital Services such as KONE 24/7 Connected Services, Office Flow and Partnership Ecosystem.

We are seeking a talented Senior / Lead Full-Stack Developer to build cloud-based solutions used by our technicians worldwide. Your primary focus will be on developing backend and frontend components using AWS as cloud provider. You will be building the applications for the product tribe but also enabling for wider use within KONE solutions.

This role is located in Espoo, Finland. You may also work in our Hyvinkää-office, if that’s more convenient for you. We offer flexible working time and remote working opportunities couple of days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and build web applications using latest cloud technologies
• Collaborate with other teams and domains to ensure the solution is meeting the expectations and meets quality standards
  
  

In order to be successful in this role

• Hands-on working experience as Full stack Developer with deep experience in development with React, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Nodejs with 5 years of experience
• Hands-on working experience with Kotlin is considered plus
• Experience in working with AWS platform and its core services like Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CDK or cloud formation, ECS, RDS, SQS, S3, API Gateway
• Knowledge of database systems
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in running production workloads
