Product Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team in Corporate Customers and Markets (CCM). In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing our product management process. You will have a key role in shaping CCM’s product offering to B2B customers ensuring alignment with Fortum and CCM strategies.

About The Role

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the product management process and product strategy.
• Support or lead product development projects for new or improved products.
• Ensure the product strategy aligns with Fortum and CCM strategies.
• Maintain an updated product list with approved specifications.
• Collect and analyze Product Management Process KPIs.
• Understand the need for product development and assess CCM's feasibility to offer and deliver needed products to customers.
• Report and present the product development funnel and product heat map periodically.
• Follow products throughout the entire product life-cycle.
• Work with different teams within CCM and around Fortum.
• Participate in customer meetings to provide expertise in B2B products.
  
  
  

This role can be located in our office in Espoo or Solna.

About You

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:

• +3 years of experience in product management or process development/management.
• University-level degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or other relevant fields.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge in financial & physical trading operations, B2B products and B2B Markets in Nordic Electricity.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  
  
  

As a person, you are customer service-minded with excellent cooperation skills. You have the ability to think multidimensionally, and are an proactive planner with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
