Platform Technology Senior Consultant

Join our clients' Technology Consulting team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant, helping major financial services firms align their business and technology strategies.

You'll work on transformative projects, collaborate with experts, engage with clients, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technology transformation initiatives in Payments, Banking, Digital, and Finance.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges, define requirements, and implement solutions.
• Develop and prioritize business needs, document user stories, and create process maps.
• Bridge business and technology teams to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
• Contribute to technology assessments, strategy development, and execution.
• Work with Product Owners and scrum teams to manage the full delivery lifecycle.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, create thought leadership materials, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate across practice areas for integrated client solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in technology delivery, digital transformation, or IT advisory.
• Experience with platforms like nCino, Finacle, Temenos, Salesforce, Algo Product Suite, FIS, Finastra, Dovetail, Microsoft Dynamics or similar products
• Consulting or financial services experience preferred.
