We are looking for an experienced Freelance Android Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable mobile solutions. You will be responsible for building app-wide features, improving app performance, and optimizing resource use. You’ll also lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth of the company through process improvements and recruitment efforts.

- Design and develop polished Android applications using Jetpack Compose.
- Collaborate with cross-platform teams to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Improve app infrastructure for performance, monitoring, and optimization.
- Set up and maintain API testing, monitoring, and alerts for mobile services.
- Lead initiatives for improving development processes and enhancing business opportunities.
- Mentor team members, assist in onboarding new hires, and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Advocate a collaborative environment, turning individual ideas into shared team solutions.
- 5+ years of experience as a developer with Java and/or Kotlin.
- 3+ years of experience working with Android SDK and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience working in cross-platform teams and managing API testing, monitoring, and alerts.
- Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with automated testing and app deployment.
- Self-motivated team player, always eager to explore new technologies.
- Experience with Google Play Store distribution and publishing apps.
- Familiarity with server-driven UI frameworks and A/B testing.
- Passionate about the latest technological trends and innovations.
