Moving24 is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centred solutions that not only enhance customer engagement but also influence the strategic direction of our brand. You will oversee the entire design process, ensuring that each project contributes to the transformation of how users interact with our platform.

• Lead Design from Start to Finish: You'll own the full design process—research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and interactions. Your designs will set the tone for our platform's user experience.
• Drive Innovation: You'll lead exciting design initiatives and juggle multiple projects, always pushing for creativity and continuous improvement across the team.
• Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders: Your voice will be heard! You'll work closely with senior leaders to make sure that user-centered design is a key part of our overall strategy.
• Work Across Teams: Partner with Product, IT, BI, and Customer Success to create and refine user-centric solutions that align with business goals.
• Create a Unified Design Language: You’ll help build and maintain a consistent design system that reflects and enhances our brand.
• Make Strategic Decisions: Use user research and data to guide key decisions, ensuring our designs are aligned with both the customer’s needs and the company’s vision.
• Inspire and Lead: You’ll be a mentor to others, encouraging innovative thinking and keeping user-centered design at the heart of everything we do.

• Experienced Leader: You've got several years of relevant experience in UX design, with a portfolio that shows your ability to create beautiful, user-centered solutions.
• User Research Expert: You know how to dig deep into user insights and turn them into designs that resonate.
• Strategic Collaborator: You’re great at working with different teams and influencing senior stakeholders to make sure design is part of the big picture.
• Storyteller Through Design: You can turn user insights into compelling designs that tell a story and drive business decisions.
• Behavioral Design Pro: You understand how people think and behave, and you use that knowledge to create designs that connect with users.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with tools like Figma, Adobe, and Miro. Familiarity with the Shape Up framework or experience in marketplace environments is a plus.
• Positive and Collaborative: You bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work, and thrive in fast-moving environments while keeping things professional and fun.
