About the position:

What you will find

As a Project Manager, you will join our project management team to manage, monitor and implement IT projects for healthcare clients. You will also be responsible for complex projects and/or high-turnover clients.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the relationship with the customer in collaboration with the company's sales management.
  • Ensure that the quality of the products/projects carried out is in line with the purpose of supply and with customer expectations.
  • Control the execution of the activities by ensuring that it is in line with what is expected in terms of time, costs and revenues.
  • Correctly manage the risks associated with the implementation of projects in order to anticipate the onset of problems and mitigate their impact.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Dedalus structures that deal with the implementation of the project activities.
  • Stimulate upselling and cross-selling opportunities on customers in collaboration with the sales management.
  • For the implementation of complex programs, act with the coordination of a program manager.
  • Manage the progress of internal works and with the customer.
  • Manage the economic and financial aspects of the project (costs, revenues, profitability, invoicing).

Education, Experience & Certification:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 and 15 years of relevant experience in Project Management activities, in healthcare sector or public health sector.
  • PMP and/or PRINCE2 certifications



Mandatory Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the role gained in the health sector and/or the Public health sector.
  • Experience in the management and control of IT projects in the healthcare sector
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum).
  • Ability to develop efficient reporting tools
  • Ability to analyse, select and implement strategies
  • Good aptitude and experience in coordinating a work team
  • Excellent negotiation skills with project stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the main operating processes of public health authorities
  • Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration
  • Knowledge of the operating mechanisms of Consip conventions
  • Availability to travel is necessary, throughout the national territory

Work Permit:

Must have one of the following:


  • Italian citizenship, or
  • Permanent Residence Permit, or
  • Residence Work Permit (with long expiration date)



Languages Proficiency Requirements:

  • Italian candidates - Should be well proficient in reading, writing, and speaking of English (A2 /B1/B2/C1/C2) language proficiency.
  • Non - Italian candidates- Should be well proficient in reading, writing, and speaking of Italian (B2/C1) and English (C1/C2) language proficiency.
