AI Product Manager

The Role

Zenitech is looking for an AI Hub Product Manager to join our R&D team, focusing on building innovative solutions to help our operations and our clients. You’ll be part of a talented, multicultural team, designing scalable data solutions that drive analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making for our clients.

What you will do

• Drive the vision and strategy for solutions within Zenitech’s service portfolio
• Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on business and stakeholder needs
• Engage with possible clients for the discovery and validation of new solution capabilities
• Manage the initiatives, epics and metrics for the designated products and convey the requirements to the Development team
• Manage the stories and refine designs with the team
• Collaborate with Engineers, Technical and Business Leadership, Product and Program Managers, UX (research, design, localisation, tech writers), R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure solutions success
• Develop and maintain a strong business domain knowledge, applying problem-solving skills to address critical and complex issues
• Learn about new and cutting-edge technologies like AI, Large Language Models and manage state of the art product development
• Given that this is a fast-evolving field, it’s important to keep track of the latest advancements
  
  

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS companies
• A track record of launching successful solutions
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong business acumen
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile environments
• Experience with lean requirements gathering techniques and story mapping
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Data-oriented and customer-centric mindset
• Experienced with the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira), Diagramming tools (such as Lucidchart), Interface design tools (such as Figma), and other product management tools
• Working with diverse geographies and time zones as part of a larger Platform ecosystem of products and services
• Strong Collaboration with Data Science & Engineering Teams: ability to translate business needs into AI/ML requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Prototyping & Experimentation Mindset: comfortable with prototyping, A/B testing and iterating on AI features based on user feedback
• Communication & Stakeholder Alignment for AI Use Cases: ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and set realistic expectations on AI capabilities
