The Role

A growing crypto startup is looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to help build and improve a user-friendly mobile app in the fast-moving world of digital finance. This is a hands-on role focused on creating smooth, intuitive mobile experiences with clean, maintainable code. The team values clear communication, ownership, and a strong eye for detail—especially when it comes to design and user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining mobile app features using Flutter and Dart
• Translating UI/UX designs into functional and visually polished mobile interfaces
• Working closely with designers and backend developers to bring features to life
• Ensuring the app is responsive, fast, and scalable
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvements
• Troubleshooting bugs and performance issues

What They’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in Flutter development, who enjoys the full lifecycle of building user-facing mobile applications—from design collaboration to deployment.

Must-Have Skills

• 1–4 years of experience developing mobile apps with Flutter
• Proficiency in Dart and a solid understanding of mobile development principles
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data
• Comfortable working with version control (Git)
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• A strong eye for UI and attention to user experience
• Able to debug and problem-solve independently and within a team

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with React Native, Swift, and/or Kotlin
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience in finance, fintech, or crypto industries (not required)
