Internship Cyber Risk & Assurance

As an intern within our global department of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), you can help on several initiatives in the Risk domain. We will look into your strengths, your interests and available projects as we onboard you.

Our Risk Management team’s mission is to safeguard our organization's assets, reputation, and stakeholders' trust by proactively identifying, assessing, ensuring mitigating actions, and monitoring information security risks. Through collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous improvement, we cultivate a resilient and secure environment that enables our organization to achieve its objectives while maintaining acceptable level of information security risks.

For this position we are preferably looking for someone who will strengthen the diversity in our team, in the broadest sense of the word. In this position you work a maximum of 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.  

   

As an intern within GRC, you can help on several initiatives in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domains. We will look into your strengths, your interests and available projects as we onboard you, but are expecting you to predominantly help out in the Cyber Risk and Assurance area.  

   

A few example responsibilities or tasks that are part of your daily job:  

• You will support other GRC and information security associates.  
• You will learn a lot during our time with us and get enthusiastic about information security, our company and, hopefully, our department.  
• You can support and, where possible, independently add value and help keep our company secure.  
• You can work (a maximum of) 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
