💻 THE JOB

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Blockchain Architect for an national project in the banks sector.

💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Deep understanding of distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms (e.g., PoW, PoS, PBFT, QBFT, etc), and core cryptographic principles including hashing, digital signatures, and zero-knowledge proofs.
• Proficiency in tokenization, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and smart contracts (including upgradable ones) for decentralized applications.
• Expertise in enterprise blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Besu, Canton, Fabric, R3 Corda, and Quorum.                                          
• Familiarity with permissioned blockchain architectures and their specific applications in banking.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions.                             
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices for blockchain systems.
• Understanding of traditional financial systems like RTGS, SWIFT, trade finance, capital markets, and digital asset custody.                                                     
• Insight into how blockchain can enhance or replace conventional financial processes, including trends in decentralized finance (DeFi) and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
• Experience with cloud technologies, containers, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with facilitating seamless interaction between various blockchain platforms and traditional financial systems.                                                       
• Strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. 
• Certifications in blockchain technologies (e.g., Certified Blockchain Architect, Hyperledger Certified Professional) are a plus.
