Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll shape how ML is done at Fever. You'll own and scale end-to-end ML pipelines, working closely with data scientists and engineers to turn ideas into real impact. From experiment setup to deploying models in production, you’ll help drive smarter decisions and better user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy models that power decisions and user features
• Build scalable, reproducible ML infrastructure
• Monitor model quality and automate training
• Create tools that make the business more efficient
• Balance technical trade-offs and make smart decisions

About you

• Smart, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong experience building production-ready ML pipelines
• Solid Python skills and knowledge of the data/ML ecosystem
• Experience with AWS and Docker
• Write clean, scalable code and follow engineering best practices
• Fluent in business English

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, SageMaker, MLFlow
• Familiar with Django, FastAPI, Airflow
• Worked with marketing, product, or analytics teams
• Built ML-powered tools, whether at work or for fun

On your first month at Fever:

• Fully onboarded and integrated into the team
• Deep dive into our ML efforts and tech stack
• Meet key people across Fever
• Experience one of our Fever Originals, like Candlelight

After 3 months:

• Solving real problems and generating business impact
• Owning parts of the modeling pipeline
• Connected with most of the data and engineering team

On your 6th month:

• Your models will be live, improving user experiences
• You’ll push for improvements in tools and processes
• Supporting and mentoring new joiners
• Joining team events and offsites
