Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

Requirements:

• Create and Send daily CRM communication (like emails, app pushes and in-mails) to our Swedish user base, always focusing on the results and engagement;
• Localize all relevant Global Marketing campaigns and activities for the Swedish audience;
• Review the Swedish translations of the app and web content to ensure linguistic accuracy and suitability for the local market;
• Support conversion optimization efforts through ASO, SEO and experimenting;
• Support community engagement efforts by managing the local Telegram community channel and occasionally engage with the audience in online webinars;
• Participate in growth brainstorming sessions to ideate new activation aiming to increase our main KPIs;
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the content meets Binance's standards and resonates well with Swedish-speaking users;
• Monitor and analyze the impact of localized content on conversion rates, seeking continuous improvement based on data insights;
• Maintain a glossary of terms and ensure consistent use of terminology across all Swedish content;
• Assist in updating and maintaining translated content to reflect changes in products, services, and market trends;
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams;
• Be available for any urgent translation or review tasks that might arise on short notice.
  
  

Requirements:

• Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry. Fast learning ability is a must;
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Native-level proficiency in Swedish and additional languages would be an advantage;
• Eye for detail to ensure high-quality translations;
• Organized, reliable and mind-open personality;
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and provide constructive feedback;
• Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest trends in cryptocurrency and localization best practices;
• Ability to handle urgent translation or review tasks on short notice;
• Knowledge of Binance’s products and services is a significant advantage;
• Experience with translation tools and software is plus;
• Hardcore, transparent, ambitious, yet humble personality.
