Digital & AI PMO

The Group Digital & AI Project Management officer is responsible for developing and promoting project management standards, methodologies and tools within Sodexo Digital & AI department. This person will specifically be accountable for the implementation and monitoring of key activities within the Digital & AI Factory, including vendor management, budget & expenses monitoring, squads staffing.

⚙ What will you do?

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Monitor Digital & AI supplier listing in coordination with purchasing team
• Deploy and maintain tools and methods to secure P2P processes with Digital & AI managers
• Organizes regular meetings with strategic suppliers and be the key point of contact to drive the partnership
• Evaluates on an ongoing basis the supplier performance regarding compliance with cost objectives, on time delivery, quality requirements, accurate reporting, user satisfaction and any other SLAs or KPIs laid out in the terms and agreements

BUDGET & EXPENSES

• Monitor budget execution in coordination with Digital & AI managers
• Track resources allocation to update forecasts (consumed, pending, scheduled)
• Work in coordination with finance, business & tech teams to facilitate cost recharge mechanisms

RECRUITMENTS & SQUADS STAFFING

• Monitor global staffing plan with Digital & AI managers to ensure the right staffing expertise in each squad
• Assess the current and forecast capacity of resources and tasks, suggests improvements and possible reallocations for projects
• Align internal recruitment plan with HR, and support external sourcing plan with partners

TEAM COMMUNICATION (IN COLLABORATION WITH HEAD OF COMUNICATION & MARKETING)

• Organize and facilitate team events to promote Digital & AI initiatives and stimulate team members' engagement (webinars, team seminars)
• Engage team on site visits, congresses exhibitions and other events related to Digital & AI

🤙 What you'll need to succeed?:

• Engineering / Business Administration Masters degree
• 10 years+ experience in similar positions
• Project Management (Project Planning / Project Administration / Controlling / Reporting)
• Partnership & contract management, operational monitoring
• Financial acumen
• Stakeholder / relationship management Ability to work independently and as part of a team
