Senior ML Engineer with Python and JavaScript

We seek passionate Machine Learning Engineers to develop robust solutions to real-world, large-scale problems that have a direct impact on the business. You should have demonstrable experience in ML Engineering and working in a product model using Scrum. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be expected to own projects end-to-end - from conception to operationalization- demonstrating an understanding of the full ML model lifecycle. As a result, you will be expected to provide technical solutions and collaborate with your teammates; therefore, strong communication skills are critical in this role.

The business goal at this moment will mainly be collaboration with the TechOps department (they have a million different processes related to various types of incidents). Their focus will be the automation and optimization of TechOps processes using Agentic AI and reasoning models.

Your tasks

• Working with the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team
• Designing and implementing scalable applications that leverage predictive models
• Developing optimization programs to deliver data-driven decisions that result in incredible business impact
• Contributing to core advanced analytics and machine learning platforms and tools to enable both prediction and optimization model development
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning projects or a similar area
• Very good knowledge of Python and JavaScript
• Proficiency in cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GoogleCloud)
• AI/ML platform experience (Databricks preferred)
• Familiarity with LLM models (Llama, Cohere, GPT) and GenAI tools (LangChain, Langraph, MLFlow)
