Role: Expert Product Owner (Manager)

As an Expert Product Owner, you will drive digital transformation by shaping and executing product strategies that enhance customer experiences, increase market share, and maximize profitability. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital solutions that solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Lead product teams to design and implement impactful digital solutions.
• Define and manage the product portfolio, making key strategic decisions.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Present product visions and roadmaps to leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize frameworks like Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvas, JTBD, and Opportunity-Solution Trees.
• Leverage tools such as Dovetail, Notion, Figma, Balsamiq, Retool, and Airtable.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and empower Product Owners to drive successful product outcomes.
• Cultivate an inspiring and high-performing team environment.
• Bridge business and technical teams to streamline execution.
• Align product initiatives with executive leadership using PowerPoint and other tools.

What You Bring

• Proven track record in end-to-end product lifecycle management (strategy, discovery, delivery, growth).
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
• Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA, ADO, Linear, and GitHub Actions.
• Technical expertise with JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js, Next.js, React, Express.js, Redux), Python (LangChain), Scala (Akka, OscaR), Java, and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git, SVN, Vercel, and modern development workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product development and digital transformation.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an advanced degree, is a plus.
• Prior consulting experience and exposure to multi-channel, multi-region brands are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scale digital ventures and optimize business outcomes.
