UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing user interfaces that enhance the usability and aesthetics of our digital products. Working closely with our development team, you will ensure that design solutions align with project objectives and deliver engaging user experiences that meet our client's needs. Bonus points if you have graphic design experience, as this will allow you to contribute to the overall branding and visual identity across digital platforms. 

Experience Level: 

• Proficiency in UI/UX design methodologies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience. 
• A diverse portfolio showcasing various UI/UX projects, with additional graphic design projects as a plus. 
• Experience includes implementing UI/UX design principles, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes. 
• Demonstrated ability to develop intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces, focusing on enhancing user experience and usability. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and preferences across web and mobile platforms. 
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts for both web and mobile applications. 
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience on various devices and screen sizes. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, iterate on design solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. 
• Graphic design experience is a plus, enabling you to create visual assets like icons, banners, and other graphical elements that align with the brand. 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design for both web and mobile applications. 

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in UI/UX design methodologies and tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. 
• Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into creative design solutions. 
• Graphic design skills (using Photoshop and Illustrator) are a bonus. 
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io. 
• Knowledge of animation and motion design principles is a plus. 
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. 
• Portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with additional graphic design work considered a bonus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
