Title: Financial Product Operations Assistant

Contract: 6 months (with potential for renewal)

Job Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will support the Operations Manager in expanding Bybit’s Financial Product division and assisting with daily operations. Your role will involve market analysis, competitor research, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activity to provide insights for strategic planning.
2. Support the organization of online and offline user engagement activities, analyzing performance data to enhance effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with product and development teams to optimize offerings based on user feedback.
4. Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within deadlines.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and execution abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Remote work flexibility, with a preference for candidates in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
5. Availability for a minimum 4-month internship, working at least 4 days per week, 6 hours per day.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Internship experience in fintech, blockchain, or related industries.
2. Ability to work in a distributed team environment with strong collaboration skills.
3. Previous internship experience (portfolio or work samples may be required).
