Senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

Job Summary:

The Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting our SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module. This individual will be responsible for leading implementation and migration projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and enhancing maintenance operations to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Migration:

• Lead the implementation and migration of SAP PM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the SAP PM module to meet organizational needs.
  
  

Maintenance Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to address equipment failures and enhance reliability.
  
  

Integration And Optimization:

• Ensure seamless integration of the SAP PM module with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, WM, PP) to streamline operations and data flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance maintenance operations and reduce downtime.
  
  

User Support And Training:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP PM users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure users understand the functionalities and benefits of the SAP PM module.
  
  

Compliance And Safety:

• Ensure maintenance processes comply with industry regulations and safety standards, particularly in handling hazardous materials in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to develop and implement safety protocols.
  
  

Reporting And Analytics:

• Design and generate reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and downtime metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize SAP Analytics tools to derive insights and recommend improvements to maintenance strategies.
  
  

Job Requirements

Details:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, with a focus on the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in leading SAP implementation and migration projects.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the chemical industry (e.g., OSHA, REACH) is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
