Data Analyst - Product

This role is remote in Canada or USA.

As a Data Analyst, you will use your expertise with data analysis to uncover valuable insights in order to inform product strategy at MaintainX. You will make use of data sets across different platforms to understand product health and feature performance, and partner with Product Managers to help them understand the opportunities to improve their workstreams.

What You’ll Do

• Guide product strategy through analyses on the performance of product features and experiments.
• Use internal and external data sources to identify opportunities for product development improvements.
• Work with Product team partners to inform goal setting and help implement monitoring such as reporting dashboards.
• Present results to Product team partners and collaborators.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• 4+ years professional experience in the SaaS industry analyzing large datasets, visualizing information, and informing strategy.
• Experience in statistical modelling with at least one statistical software package (e.g. Python, R)
• Strong analytical skill set capable of defining problems and developing innovative solutions utilizing appropriate methods and frameworks.
• Expertise in creating reports and presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar language with the ability to learn additional analytics tools.
• Proficiency with data visualization (Tableau).
