Application Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop application and technical architecture components, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Maintain and create technical documentation for applications and processes.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with company security standards and development methodologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and end-users to refine requirements and ensure technical compatibility.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in AS400 RPG & COBOL
• Experience with Remittance Applications
• Knowledge of ALBON, SQL, and DB2

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with AS400 Technologies
• Experience working with SWIFT and Local RTGS Applications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong software development and programming experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts
