The Role – People & Culture Intern
As a People & Culture Intern, you will support various strategic projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GCO People & Culture (P&C) Team. This role offers hands-on experience in P&C processes and projects, providing a strong foundation for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture Support for the Global Commercial Organization P&C Team, Role will be based in Singapore: Assist with P&C projects and key initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Support the development and execution of employee engagement strategies. Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.
Strategic People & Culture Projects: Provide insights and support for key P&C projects such as the GCO Global Developing professionals program and other initiatives. Collect and analyze data to drive strategic decision-making.
People & Culture Technology & Innovation: Assist in evaluating and implementing P&C tools and technologies. Identify and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support the execution of DEI initiatives. Help design and implement programs to promote inclusivity and awareness.
Key Qualifications
Current undergraduate student in Human Resources. Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with numbers and data-driven insights. Detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills. Team-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Internship Requirements
Commitment: Full-time internship requiring at least 35 hours per week
Duration: 6 months with flexible scheduling, including min. 3 months full-time.
Education: A full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma from local Singaporean institutions
