Loyalty Project Specialist

About The Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our quickly expanding Loyalty team as a Loyalty Projects Specialist

In this role, you will drive Loyalty business growth by balancing time and resources in all projects under execution, based on project management best practices. You will ensure efficient delivery as per committed timeline and within budget using optimized resources from various stakeholder areas.

As Part Of Your Daily Responsibilities, You Will Also

• Build an effective collaboration within the Loyalty team and all involved project work streams through effective and timely communication (verbal and written) on projects' status, progress, as well as other relevant project-related details
• Facilitate the formation of cross-departmental working teams to ensure project work packages are planned and requirements are obtained and shared with all relevant stakeholders
• Manage the various project work packages from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project execution and delivery
• Along with the Management, serve as the principle contact between the project working stream leads in order to facilitate continued communication and collaboration to ensure project success
• Report on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at set project progress reviews, and take proactive measures to ensure continued success, and alignment with Management expectations
• Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach ensuring they meet the project's needs and contribute to its successful execution.
• Track the change management requirements among the different stakeholders, required to adopt new approaches
• Monitor and escalate risks to the Project Lead and propose mitigation plans to safeguard projects success
• Assist in building out Risk Management and Preventive Frameworks.

About You

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

• High School Diploma or with 5 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4 years of job-related experience
• Ability and confidence to present to work stream leads and management
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to foresee potential risk and blockers for project delivery
• Ability to empathize with working groups to implement non-intrusive project tracking methods.
• Formal training and certification on project management principles / framework is a must
• Understanding and experience in agile product development will be an advantage.
• Experience in designing Risk Management frameworks
• Pro-active and forward-thinking approach to project management
