Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks and AWS Services. This role is hybrid with no travel required. The candidate will work on developing and maintaining data solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and AWS Services.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize and improve existing data workflows for better performance and efficiency.
Implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Databricks and AWS Services.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code and best practices.
Document data processes workflows and technical specifications for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Databricks and AWS Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support business goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in Databricks and AWS Services.
Demonstrate proficiency in data pipeline development and maintenance.
Have a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
Show expertise in optimizing data workflows for performance and efficiency.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data pipeline issues.
Have knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
Be experienced in collaborating with data scientists and analysts.
Display excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
Be familiar with code review processes and maintaining high-quality code.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data engineering.
Have experience in documenting technical specifications and data processes.
Show ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.
