As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working as part of a team that focussed on Enterprise Resource Management using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management SaaS solution. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working as part of a team that focussed on Enterprise Resource Management using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management SaaS solution. Your role will be to work with the team and business bringing your full-cycle (design, build, challenge, run) expertise to create robust, scalable and secure automation using tools that streamline our service processes, helping to enhance our security posture. - Develop and maintain high-performing, scalable applications using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and other containerisation technologies.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
- Work with the Vendor to ensure the services are optimised for performance and scalability, addressing growth and user demands effectively.
- Implement monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and maintain security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Have passion for automation, security and DevSecOps
- Have experience with the Full-cycle development and delivery using Agile practices
- Contributes to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed and works well in teams and have strong collaboration skills in driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Have natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups
- Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems
This is a highly technical role, requiring a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. You’ll be a good match if you have previous experience in:
- Building and operating applications both on-premise, in cloud environments and SaaS. You will be language agnostic but you will be familiar with any of the following: Frontend: React or Angular; Backend: Java or .Net; Database: Experience SQL and NoSQL experience (both admin and usage) CI/CD tooling (Github, Githubactions, Artifactory, Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow etc.) or equivalent.
- Have solid hands-on experience integration tools and frameworks e.g. Autosys scheduling, SFTP, APIs (including skills like Open API, Redocly, Swagger, Kong, Akamai
- Knowledge and SaaS and work with vendor API’s and nice to have if would with Oracle SaaS products
- Automating repetitive tasks using Python, Ansible, shell scripting, etc
- Decomposing complex problems down into manageable components
- Able and willing to participate in hands-on configuration activities
