UX / UI Designer

UX / UI Designer | 18-week fixed term contract

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Support team member to join our multi-disciplinary design team. In this role, you will assist experienced designers in creating user-focused, seamless, and accessible UX/UI experiences. You’ll help with tasks such as wire flows, prototyping, user research, and documentation. This is an amazing opportunity to apply existing skills or grow, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to amazing customer experiences.

What will your key responsibilities include?

• Supporting UI/UX designers in refining and delivering seamless user experiences and interfaces
• Helping to create wireflows, prototypes, and annotations
• Assisting with user research, gathering insights, and presenting findings
• Collaborating with designers, researchers, and business analysts to develop user journeys and concept designs
• Maintaining design documentation and contributing to design tools and processes

What are we looking for?

• A portfolio that demonstrates knowledge, experience, and success in UX and UI design (for recent grads, personal or academic projects are welcome)
• Solid UX analysis and design experience, particularly within large-scale software product development and agile environments (for early-career professionals or those with relevant experience)
• Proficiency in design software (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and collaboration tools
• A passion for solving design challenges and delivering user-centric solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• We’re looking for individuals who are excited to commit to full-time hours from May, June, & July.
