Scrum Master (f/m/x) for Payments and Value Added Services

Our product stream “Cash Management / PVAS – Payments & Value Added Services” is the “heart of banking operations” providing state-of-the-art Cash Management solutions and delivering superior customer experience. “PVAS” consists of 35 highly skilled and enthusiastic colleagues from Business and IT and works closely together with several international vendors and stakeholders.

As new Scrum Master you will have external and internal support to empower the different teams in the best way and continuously improve the agile set up.

Your mission at RBI:

• Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional stream, which currently consists of 1 team divided into 6 small teams.
• Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership and drive the continuous agile transformation
• Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
• Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
• Evaluate processes, proactively anticipate needs, and uncover areas for improvement
• Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
• You are responsible for goal-oriented and appreciative communication and collaboration within the teams
• You support the team during the sprint as a coach and mentor
  
  

Your core competencies

• Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
• Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
• Knowledge of coaching skills to solve conflicts within the team as well as guide them
• Experience agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
• Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• Fluent in English and German to collaborate in an international environment
