Data Analytics Manager

Role Overview:
Lead strategic data analysis and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. Oversee a small team of Data Scientists, delivering tangible reporting and insights to exec and c-suite stakeholders. Apply advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that improve health outcomes, optimise resource allocation, and support strategic planning.
Foster a data-driven culture, empowering stakeholders with impactful visualisations, dashboards, and reports to make informed decisions. Work closely with Head of Data Engineering & engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead health data analysis, geospatial insights, and predictive modelling for strategic planning.
- Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and AI to generate actionable insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations for diverse stakeholders.
- Manage projects, set strategic goals, and promote data-driven decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in Healthcare, clinical practice, or non for profit advantageous.
- Expertise in statistical tools (R, Python, SQL, Power BI, ML).
- Proven experience in machine learning, AI, and predictive modelling.
- Strong leadership in managing analytics projects and teams.
- Effective communicator, skilled at translating complex data into insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced analytics methods.
