Position: Cloud Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies while contributing to critical actuarial systems in a dynamic, cloud-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create API-based web applications from concept to production, emphasizing cloud-first architecture
2. Tackle complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions in ambiguous situations
3. Work closely with product stakeholders and development team, effectively communicating technical concepts
4. Design, develop, test, and deploy API-based systems using industry-leading practices
5. Ensure high-quality, well-tested code and seek continuous improvements
6. Mentor team members and make critical technical decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 10-15+ years of software development experience
• Experience with cloud architecting software applications
• Contribute to Cloud Architecture, Application architecture, Infrastructure architecture
• Advanced knowledge with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development
• Relational/NoSQL database (Oracle, Postgres)
• Terraform (Dev Ops, Jenkins, CI/CD)
• SQL (Solid understanding of writing SQL)
• C# (Code comprehension)

• Python
• Shell Scripting
• Groovy
