We are looking for a Product Manager to join our newly formed Product organization. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our products align closely with market demands and customer expectations, driving successful product strategy and delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and market positioning strategy
• Translate product vision into detailed and actionable tasks for development teams
• Analyze and interpret customer needs, converting these into clear technical requirements
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
• Provide direct support to engineers, offering clarifications and detailed acceptance criteria
• Monitor and track key performance indicators, including feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction metrics, driving continuous product improvement
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of software architecture and software engineering best practices
• Experience in software and/or hardware development environments
• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management from inception through launch and support
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking and interpreting product KPIs
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to varied audiences
