Junior Digital Designer

(Fixed Term Contract)

As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Designer to produce work of the highest quality. In this role, your creativity and meticulous attention to detail will be essential. Your primary objective as Digital Designer, is designing and supporting visually appealing digital assets, ensuring brand consistency that effectively represent and communicate our solutions at Aon.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually or from our office across Europe.

What The Day Will Look Like

The team works alongside consultants and leaders in Human Capital Solutions. The nature of the role will require the individual to be comfortable in working in fast paced environment and work optimally under-pressure to meet client deadlines promptly and on time.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

As a Junior Designer, you will bring a range of skills to the table. You should be open to learning and working with generative AI. Familiarity with Ceros and Templafy is optional, as is experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data holder platforms
