An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development in Wicklow, delivering 1,000 units by year-end-primarily housing, with some apartment blocks. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of the project, ensuring all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to maintain program efficiency.
• Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Oversee cost control, procurement, and risk management in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies, to provide project updates and address any challenges.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the residential construction sector, ideally on large-scale housing and apartment developments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project management processes, and relevant regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
