Project Manager, Operations /Cloud environments Permanent Dublin

Role and Responsibilities

• Delivery of the Project Management for the teams project list
• Drive delivery through Scrum or Kanban models
• Maintain a clear project roadmap
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, frameworks, work flows, practices and processes of operations
• Involved in interviewing and hiring of new staff to the team.

What you need:

• Degree in Computer Science or related such as Maths Physics or Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Project – Required
• Experience working in an SRE environment – Preferred.
• Comfortable conversing in a range of technology sets (e.g. Cloud, docker/containerisation, .Net, SQLserver, etc.)
• Experience of Migration projects preferred
• Experience with large distributed systems deployed across private and public cloud infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Around 4 - 5 years in a similar technical role is required
• The software stack is primarily Microsoft .net/.net core and SQL Server supplemented by open source technologies.
