Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our client who’s the top 20 of main contractors in Ireland and UK. With over 100 million of their turnover and continuous growth, they are looking for more talents to get onboard.

This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and sustainability. You will collaborate with clients, design professionals, and site teams to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient project progression.
• Track project performance, addressing any challenges to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
• Lead site teams, providing direction and ensuring quality control at every stage.
• Regularly report on project status, key deliverables, and financial performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role within the Irish construction sector. (Residential project management background is a plus)
• A strong track record of successful project delivery and stability in previous roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and make strategic decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and Irish building regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
