Data Analyst Assistant

We are looking for a Data Analyst Assistant to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy.

How you make the difference

You will collaborate with your manager for management of production systems and analysis of company data.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• You will manage daily verification and analysis of production data via Excel and other business management systems (ex. SAP 4HANA);
• You will manage customized reports according to the business needs;
• You will support to the Industrial Team in optimizing production processes through data analysis (plant indicators, yields, KPIs…etc.);
• You will be responsible for verification and closing at the end of the month of the accounting and production movements;
• You will collaborate in the creation and updating of business procedures.
  
  

Your Team

You will become part of the Industrial Team in Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Manufacturing Systems & Data Management Italy. You will collaborate with all the Industrial Team (Quality Control, HSE, Production…etc.).

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Degree in Management Engineering, Computer science, Statistics, Business or similar;
• Previous experience (2/3 years) in similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel;
• Previous experience in SAP HANA;
• Proactivity, problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
