We are currently looking for a Business and Data Analyst to join our Advisory and Consulting Group (ACG) Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Team.

What you will do :
- Define and Develop data models and algorithms to support quality and risk activities
- Identify and improve data quality with data owners
- Aid the Quality & Risk team in preparing and delivering various data-driven projects and presentations
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics (KRIs)
- Participate to annual risk assessments using data-driven methodologies
- Conduct market research and develop analytical frameworks to support risk analysis and decision-making processes
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in business and data analysis, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI
- Comfortable working with large data sets and proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities efficiently under pressure, and in a proactive manner
- Team-oriented, dynamic, and people-focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of French or German is a strong asset.
