HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
• Collect and consolidate interview feedback to support hiring managers in decision-making.
• Manage onboarding processes, including documentation collection and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements by maintaining accurate employee records.
• Enroll employees in statutory and supplemental benefits programs, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Review and process employment contracts and vendor purchase orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively, responding to employee questions and providing guidance on company guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on employee service.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are preferred.
