Join Our Team as a People & Culture Coordinator in Rotterdam!

In this role you will :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters, supporting colleagues by answering their questions, providing guidance, and fostering a positive company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records across HR systems, payroll, sick leave, pensions and other platforms.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees and intern integrations, probation periods, position changes, and contract terminations.
  • Handle travel card administration for employees in Rotterdam.
  • Coordinate internal communications for the People & Culture team across various platforms.
  • Support the People & Culture Business Partner and General Manager with cross-functional tasks related to IT, People & Culture, Finance, and Communications.
  • Organize employee experience programs and manage office-related tasks, such as coordinating lunches and organizing workplace experiences, including monthly birthday celebrations, happy hours, and team outings.

What we're looking for :

  • You hold a diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration or similar.
  • You have at least 2-3 years of experience providing HR administrative support.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Team spirit and positive, proactive, problem-solving personality.

Bonus point:

  • Experience working in the gaming industry will be an advantage.
