• You will work in a motivated and solution-oriented team with a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy.


• You will drive innovation with new AI-enabled features in our products.


• You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and pipelines.


• You work extensively with large language models (LLMs) to develop solutions for NLP, conversational AI, and generative AI use cases.


• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features and applications.


• You drive innovation by exploring the latest AI technologies and proposing new approaches for our business challenges.


• You provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members sharing best practices in AI/ML development.

• You have a university degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.


• Your background includes proven experience as an AI/ ML engineer or in a similar role with a track record of building and deploying real-world applications, particularly LLM-based solutions.


• You have hands-on experience with cloud environments (GCP), AI platforms (Vertex AI) and SQL databases (Postgres, BigQuery).


• Advanced Python programming skills are crucial, along with deep knowledge of relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.


• You have excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.

• You have strong analytical and conceptual abilities and your solid communication skills help you interact with our stakeholders.


• You are fluent in English, German-Skills are a big plus.
