Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, you play a key role in the development of talent within our hotel.

You are responsible for training programs, ensuring that each team member has the essential skills to provide quality service in line with the brand’s standards. You work closely with department heads to create a supportive environment for learning and professional development.

What will I be doing ?

• Identify training needs and develop tailored solutions to improve service excellence and leadership skills within the teams.
• Facilitate training sessions using interactive and engaging learning methods.
• Track and analyze data from customer satisfaction measurement tools.
• Share training results, highlighting the successes achieved.
• Implement career development programs and strengthen team members' skills.
• Guide trainees and apprentices in their learning goals.
• Coach and support new team members in their integration, professional development, and adaptation to the company culture.
• Ensure all team members complete mandatory e-learnings.
• Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent and ongoing support in developing team members' skills.
• Develop and update the annual training plan according to the company’s objectives and the teams' needs.
• Assist the HR team with their tasks.
• Propose continuous improvements and adjustments in training and HR processes.

• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
• Minimum B2 level in French and English required.
