What We Do 💻

We develop software products based on business requirements, but our role goes beyond that:

• Understand and, if needed, challenge business requirements.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, software design, development, quality assurance, user acceptance, and production launch phases.
• Build Java-based applications that adhere to architectural principles, from high-volume & low-latency systems to critical systems in high-availability environments.
• Continuously improve the development process with the team.
• Embrace the DevOps philosophy, building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide L3 support for live applications.

What We Are Looking For 🔎

We seek individuals with 3 to 5 years of software development experience, including 3+ years on the Java platform. Ideal candidates will have:

• Strong experience in Java, Java EE, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful web services, SQL, Oracle, JSON, and OOPs.
• A commitment to engineering best practices and technical design documentation.
• Quick learning abilities and motivation to stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in back-end development using Java.
• Understanding of Java 8/11/17 concepts.
• Experience in Web services development (SOAP and RESTful) with Spring and web services security.
• Knowledge of Java Design patterns (MVC, DAO, Singleton, Factory, Builder, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• At least 2 years of experience with Spring Cloud Netflix (Zuul, Eureka, Ribbon, Hystrix) and Spring Data JDBC or equivalent using Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Apache Cassandra.
• Experience in Unit and Integration testing with JUnit, Mockito.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and Microservice Architecture.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: JUnit, GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory.
• Familiarity with Docker/OpenShift environments.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions like AWS is a plus.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on challenges with calculated risks.
• A drive to constantly improve application development processes and tools.
