The Machine Learning Engineer Role

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

• Building AI Solutions: Contribute to the development of AI-driven features that enhance user analytics and decision-making.
• User-Centric Development: Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and help implement AI solutions that are practical and user-friendly.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and improve key AI functionalities.
• Data-Driven Model Validation: Establish automated validation processes that compare AI model outputs over time, helping ensure consistent and predictable improvements.
• Engineering Best Practices: Apply software development best practices—including testing, automation, and CI/CD—to integrate data-driven model validation into our workflows.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in AI and machine learning, applying relevant techniques to improve our models.
  
  

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience developing AI/ML software in a production environment.

Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages like Golang, Java, or C++.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Understanding of modern AI models, including large language models and transformer-based architectures.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) in a development or deployment context.

Familiarity with structured and unstructured data sources, including vector databases, knowledge graphs, or prompt engineering.

Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch).

A strong willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AI.
