Who Will You Work With:

Our client is a key player in the automotive industry, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to enhance vehicle security and safety. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on implementing cybersecurity measures in vehicle development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


About the Role:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in securing vehicle systems by identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards such as ECE R155. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust cybersecurity solutions and maintain a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS).

This is a 6-month B2B contract with a strong possibility of extension.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cybersecurity measures across the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) for vehicle systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential cybersecurity risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions.
  • Monitor and update the Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) in line with ECE R155 requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Assist in audits and assessments to ensure continued compliance with cybersecurity regulations.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, cybersecurity protocols, and standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA).
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 21434 and ECE R155.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a Cyber Security Management System (CSMS).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
