About the Role

As part of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving systematic quality issues related to electrical systems and components. This involves deep analysis, root cause investigation, and developing robust solutions, whether through new system/component designs or refinements to existing installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate reported quality issues in electrical systems and components.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Implement design modifications and validate solutions through testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize various testing and simulation tools to analyze data and optimize solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Several years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Background in system design or functional verification.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle in automotive development.
• Proficient in CAN, LIN, Ethernet, diagnostics, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Saber, CATIA V5, CANalyzer/CANoe, and IPEtronik.
• A problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead technical investigations independently while working effectively in a team.
