🔍 Position: Risk Control Backend Developer

🌍 Location: Remote (No location requirement)

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions for the risk control system; manage requirements and break down business needs into implementable tasks.
• Develop core functionalities of the risk system with clean, scalable code.
• Optimize system performance, handle troubleshooting, and implement security hardening measures.
• Contribute to architectural planning and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices and team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong computer science foundation: data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture.
• Proficient in Java and Spring Cloud microservices architecture.
• Familiar with Java web frameworks and dev toolchains; experienced with Linux, MySQL, NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
• Solid product awareness and high standards for engineering quality.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in risk control systems for crypto exchanges.
• Experience with risk control management dashboards or ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of risk control strategies and business flows.
