Project

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with a product-focused mindset to join a long-term project in the maritime SaaS domain. The platform is designed to digitize and optimize ship management across technical, operational, and commercial areas. You’ll play a key role in delivering intuitive, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces that support mission-critical workflows in a demanding operational context. This is an opportunity to bring your frontend expertise into a product team that cares about architecture, usability, and performance. If you enjoy integrating React frontends with Azure-based APIs, and you're driven by clean code and purposeful product development this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and accessible front-end solutions using React + TypeScript
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to the evolution of the platform’s design system
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete, full-featured user experiences
• Integrate with Azure-hosted APIs and services to expose real-time operational data to users
• Champion frontend best practices across performance, maintainability, and usability
• Participate in architecture discussions and shape the front-end technical roadmap
  
  

Expected competencies and knowledge

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, preferably in SaaS or enterprise-grade applications
• Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Understanding of component-based architecture, API integration, and asynchronous data handling
• User-focused mindset with high standards for UI/UX and accessibility
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern front-end tooling
• A proactive communicator and a collaborative team player, especially in distributed teams
