DevOps Engineer

Joygame, founded in 2009 and titled Turkey's first gaming company, supports talented gaming studios both in terms of financing and knowledge. It develops and publishes many games that have achieved great success in international markets. Reaching millions of players with different products in pc, mobile and NFT game categories, Joygame aims to provide entertainment experiences to players across all continents with local content.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team! As a DevOps Engineer at Joygame Publishing,

you will be responsible for consolidating all studio projects, streamlining build pipelines,

and ensuring secure, efficient releases across multiple gaming platforms.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ Meeting with cross-functional teams to align on DevOps needs and specifications.

•⁠ Consolidating all projects (GitHub, GitLab etc.) into a unified environment.

•⁠ Managing costs, permissions, and user access.

•⁠ Automating build pipelines for Android, iOS, Steam, and other platforms.

•⁠ Monitoring and optimizing build machines and processes.

•⁠ Implementing and maintaining security, sustainability, and compliance standards.

•⁠ Troubleshooting and resolving build-related issues.

•⁠ Documenting best practices and ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•⁠ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, or a related field.

•⁠ Experience with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Git etc.).

•⁠ Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

•⁠ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

•⁠ Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.

•⁠ Understanding of security and compliance within build pipelines.

•⁠ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

•⁠ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
