Senior AI/ML Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions, from data extraction to model deployment and monitoring.
• Build and fine-tune computer vision models for tasks such as document recognition, ID/passport validation, and fraud detection.
• Develop advanced OCR solutions using Tesseract, EasyOCR, or custom deep learning pipelines.
• Apply reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques to optimize decision-making systems in real-time applications.
• Leverage NLP, image processing, and segmentation models to enhance user experience and drive engagement on FinTech platforms.
• Use Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for building scalable AI systems.
• Work with CUDA (preferred) and other GPU acceleration tools to optimize model performance.
• Partner with software developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate intelligent models into mobile and web applications.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art ML techniques and continuously improve model accuracy and system performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Economics, Statistics, etc.)
• Master’s or PhD is a strong plus.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI models to production in a scalable and maintainable way.
• Solid background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).
• Strong command of Python, SQL, and frameworks such as OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Git, Docker, and MLOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, BigQuery, etc.) and real-time data pipelines.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to push the limits of modern AI.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
