About the role
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy looking for an IdAM Cybersecurity Control Design and Oversight Analyst to join our client, a multinational financial services organisation with a strong global presence. At FDM, you’ll gain industry-recognised training, hands-on experience with global organisations, and access to certifications from Microsoft, Salesforce, and more. Join a culture that promotes career growth through mentoring, development programmes, and exciting client assignments, while enjoying competitive benefits, including insurance, medical care, and professional development support.

- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills in an international setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as IBM OpenPages, Archer, SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Zoom is a plus.
What we offer:
- Career coaching and continuous upskilling.
- Opportunities to work with global companies, including abroad.
- Industry certifications from Microsoft, Salesforce, Cisco, and more.
