Tech & Product Recruiter – 3+ Years

We are seeking a dynamic Tech and Product Recruiter with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of navigating complex organizational structures and engaging senior leadership. This role requires a strategic, data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to translate metrics into meaningful action and drive alignment across industry-leading teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads, and possess strong communication skills to lead impactful conversations. In addition to recruiting top talent across tech, product, and other business functions, the recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including leadership roles, while partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring decisions aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


End-to-End Tech & Product Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Lead hiring for key technical and product roles.
  • Execute leadership hiring for senior tech and product positions, ensuring alignment with company goals.


Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber professionals through strategic sourcing methods.
  • Engage passive candidates and leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.


Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide consultative support, advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices to improve hiring effectiveness.


Candidate Experience & Engagement:

  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Keep candidates well-informed, manage expectations, and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.


Data-Driven Recruitment & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Present reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in tech and product hiring (agency or in-house).
  • Strong background in hiring for Tech and Product roles
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, technical communities, and job boards.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
